What Size Bow Tie Collar is perfect for my fury friend?
The first thing to do is take a comfortable measurement of your dogs neck to determine the best fit of their neck. All accesories are in proportion with their collar size.
Small: 22cm - 34cm (width 2 cm)
Medium: 26cm - 41cm (width 2.5 cm)
Large: 39cm - 65cm (width 2.5 cm)
What Size Martingale Dog Collar is perfect for my fury friend?
The first thing to do is take a comfortable measurement of the top of your dogs neck behind their ears. All accesories are in proportion with their collar size.
Small: 22cm - 34cm (width 2 cm)
Medium: 30cm - 41cm (width 2.5 cm)
Large: 41cm - 65cm (width 2.5 cm)
Should you require a special size please contact us. If your dog measures 33cm please order a size Medium.
The Martingale Collar
When you put the leash on your dog and start walking, the Martingale Collar tightens without chocking your dog, to give you greater control and so your dog can't escape by backing out of their collar. Martingale Collars will give you more control and they are safer than a choker. It quickly slides on and off then tightens for control and loosens for comfort. The Martingale Collar is excellent for training.
What if my purchase gets dirty?
Hand wash Jackets Separately in cold soapy water. Dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, avoid contact with colours, which may run. The Bow Ties, Collars, Flowers, Leads & Harness's should be spot cleaned if needed.

It is very important to monitor your Fury Friends Collars and Harness's for wear and tear regularly.
Please ensure that Dogs are the only animal that wears our collars and harness's.

What is your exchange / refund policy?
Our customers happiness is our biggest compliment. We do accept Returns, If your purchase is unused & returned to us within 14 days of purchase with the tag and packaging in tact. All returns must include your receipt and packaging slip. Exchange / Refunds are not guaranteed this is determined on the quality of the returned item. If your product is faulty we will exchange your item at no extra cost.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Generally Must love Collars will have the order ready to post within 5 working days of receiving the order, if an Item becomes unavailable we will let the customer know of the delay time.

What size Jacket is perfect for my fury friend?
To work out the perfect size jacket for your furry friend: Firstly measure the length from the base of their neck to their tail, then measure around the girth of their body:
Small: length: 27cm, girth: 31 - 39cm
Medium: length: 37cm, girth: 51 - 59cm
Large: Length: 48cm, girth: 66 - 74cm
X Large: Length: 58cm, girth: 76 - 84cm
